Sheridan Village, Forest of Time, Evergreen Forest Pokémon that are encountered through overworld sprites and require very little effort to access them, as well as there being multiple and usually respawning. Pokémon sold by a Xen Grunt in Carotos Mountain (requires Strength and Blast Powder to access) Pokémon that can be obtained from spending coins at the Casino, which can be obtained through Voltorb Flip, Slot Machines, Roulette or simply by purchasing the coins.
The treat shall be eaten or destroyed, and the Pokémon will join you or battle you. All you have to do is interact with a Pokémon, and if the text asks if you'd like to give the Pokémon a Gourmet Treat, say yes. Gourmet Treats are items purchasable from Pokemarts.
